The other day I was really hungry. I hadn't been to the grocery store in a week so all of the snacks were gone. Then I remembered that I had a snack size bag of Snikiddy All Natural Baked Fries. These are a new alternative to potato chips and are much healthier.
I received the Cheddar Cheese version but they also come in Classic Ketchup, Original and Parmesan Garlic. I personally didn't like the cheddar flavoring on the snacks. They were very crunchy and smelled good, but I thought they tasted like fake cheese.
After eating a couple, I asked my husband and kids to try them. My daughter wouldn't even taste them but my son did and although he said he didn't like them he ate quite a few. He also said they taste kind of fake. My husband said they were okay.
We are always looking for healthy alternatives to potato chips and I was hoping this would be it. Unfortunately, we didn't really like the flavors. Snikiddy does offer other items and I would love the try the macaroni and cheese puff balls.
Things I liked about Snikiddy Cheddar Baked Fries:
All natural
Gluten Free
Wheat Free
No corn syrup
Peanut free
No preservatives, trans fat or hydrogenated oils.
50% less fat than potato chips.
Things I didn't like:
The Flavor - cheese tasted fake.
