I am always looking for ways to help my family stay healthy. I’m sure we are no different than any other family in this regard. No one likes to go to the doctor, I’m sure. I have met some remarkable mom’s during my first year on the TOS crew. They have introduced me to some very new concepts that I never would have imagined trying. For instance, I now make my own laundry detergent and use soap that is homemade. I also have been giving my family probiotics for the last few months. If you are not familiar with these, they are something you take before you get sick in order to boost your immune system. They work by helping you have a healthy intestinal system (that’s fancy talk for your colon). You can get probiotics naturally in yogurt in small amounts. You should always talk to your doctor before you take anything to make sure it doesn’t interfere with medicines or health issues you have.
I had our pharmacy order probiotics for me at first and I can honestly say that no one has been sick since we have started taking them. We made it through the flu season without getting sick even after being exposed to illnesses several times. Now, maybe we wouldn’t have gotten sick anyway, but it sure hasn’t hurt us being on the probiotics.

I chose Tummy Tuneup from the company’s long list of products because it is a probiotic and we were starting to run out. I also picked this because I suffer from IBS and was hopeful that this would help me with the symptoms that this causes. I received a bottle of 60 capsules which sells for $18.00.
I decided not to take one every day but to take them when I started to feel symptoms coming on. They can be taken whichever way you would like. I have had three episodes of IBS symptoms since getting the Tummy Tuneup. Each time I took 2 of the capsules and although I cannot be sure, I believe they helped lesson my symptoms of bloating, diarrhea and painful cramps. The reason I am not certain is because each episode is different and sometimes it is worse than others. I also took these preventatively before I ate something that usually causes me problems. They definitely helped in these circumstances.
Our family is a firm believer in probiotics. Beeyoutiful is a great place to get this and many other products. Their website is easy to navigate and has so much information on it.
