Fiber One – Review and Giveaway (My BlogSpark)

The holidays is such a hard time for me.  I love to eat and this is the season for good food.  One way to help control your hunger this holiday season is to eat Fiber One.  The website at www.fiberone.com has great ideas and recipes to help you in your weight loss journey.

When I signed up to do a review for Fiber one through My Blog Spark, I have to admit I was kind of leery.  I had seen the cereal but never eaten it.  As I said, though, I’m trying to find food that helps keep hunger away and I know fiber is good for that.  I got my package in the mail I was pretty excited to try the cereal.

My kids said it kinda looked like rabbit droppings (LOL) and wouldn’t even taste it.   I think it was pretty good and tasted like another popular heart healthy cereal made by General Mills.   It definitely filled me up.   I also received a great cereal on the go container.  My husband took it work and forgot to bring it home, though.  It has a neat little ice pack that keeps your milk cold until lunch or snack time.   It also has a spoon included that snaps in the top.
