Kregal Publications – TOS review

image

Product:  Andi’s Scary school Days

Price:  $4.99

Company:  Kregal Publications

image Susan Marlow has written a really cute series that my daughter has fell in love with.  I received Andi’s Scary School Days, which is one of 4 books written in the Circle C Beginnings series.  This is what I would call a beginner chapter book and are written for kids in the 6-8 year old age range.

The books are written using the same characters in Susan’s other series titled Circle C Adventures.  We haven’t read any of those yet but I am sure after Bella finishes these 4 books, she will want to continue the adventures.

The titles of the other 3 books in this series are:

  • Andi’s Pony Trouble
  • Andi’s Indian Summer
  • Andi’s Fair Surprise

There are two more titles coming out later this year.

When I asked Bella what she thought of the book, she told me she loved it.  I told her she could write the part of this review that told the story and she was excited to be able to have a part in this review.

Andi is a little girl who is afraid to go to school.  She gets in trouble for things that she didn’t do.  She climbed a tree and when the teacher told her to come down, she wouldn’t.  Her brother had to get her out of the tree.  She went home and said she was not coming back to school.   In the end, she ends up like school.

You can view coloring pages that go along with the book.  There are also free activities and lapbooks on this page.

The end of the book has a bit about what is going on in Andi’s time (late 1800’s) which was really nice.

You can purchase this book at the following places:
